Hej Lena, och tack för kommentaren. Jag hade en riktigt trevlig födelsedag. Det var trevlig att se min lilla(!)syster och min mamma och spendera tid – om än så kort – i England. Jag kommer att lägga till några extra bilder till artikeln så fort jag har bearbetat dem.

Lots of cake! Too, too much cake! It was great to be home and see my sister (the cake baker) and my mother (now 96). I’ll be adding a couple more photos to the above tomorrow or as soon as I have them processed.

I always find the personal anecdotes most interesting in a story (which is perhaps why I have thus far stuck to writing in the essay form). Hope you have lots of cake. 🙂
